Weighted Baby Boy "Nathan" Hospital Mannequin

This little boy is correct in every way. He is made of high quality vinyl,
weighs approximately 8½ pounds, and measures approximately 22" long.
He is marked "SOMSO" on his his back and was imported  from Germany.
I'm sorry, but  I do not know what year this hospital baby was produced.

In excellent condition, this sweetheart has been wigged with auburn "hair" (glued)
and lashed (removable) with auburn lashes to appear even more lifelike. He has
ball jointed arms, legs and head, and feels just like you're holding a real baby. 

This doll was patterned after the "old-time" dolls that were used in hospitals to
help train young mothers who were taught how to hold and care for their babies.
 There is even a  small hole in his "bottom" to show how to take his temperature.
  In addition, if you run your hand across the top of his head, you can feel the spot
that is considered the "soft spot".  I am told this is one of the rarer versions of the
Hospital Mannequins since there were very few of them available for import.
